and Weiyi Network became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanxing.

In February 2019 Weiyi Network completed the acquisition of 47.00% of the shares of Guangdong Zhixiang Technology Co., Ltd., and the only shareholding in Zhixiang Technology increased to 75.00%. Zhixiang Technology became the sole controlling subsidiary of the network.
